Referral must be submitted before the client subscribes.
Commission is calculated only on successful, paid billing cycles.
If a client cancels, commission stops from the cancellation date.
If a client downgrades or upgrades, commission adjusts proportionally.
Duplicate referrals will be awarded to the first verified submission.
Enterprise Transition Policy
If a referred client transitions from a Scaleberg subscription into a custom Enterprise engagement:
Referral continuity will be reviewed.
Recurring payouts may be adjusted depending on contract structure.
